In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the EFF provides trainings that are based on the joint declaration of the four EPP observer member parties and one like minded party. These parties are SDA, HDZBiH, PDP, HDZ 1990 and SDS. In the past years, Bosnia and Herzegovina has seen very little progress and its population has turned pessimistic. By bringing together youth from five different political parties, the EFF wants to offer encouragement and contribute to mutual understanding by the exchange of knowledge. The trainings include topics like coalition building, local government and economy and employment. The EFF works together with the Center For New Initiatives (CNI) and the Robert Schuman Institute (RSI).
